He owns his work and all rights to it. I just themed his amazing work so we can enjoy XPERIA Apps.
By the way, hindi po ako dev. Nag-eenjoy lang talaga ako mag theme ng Flare 2.0 and I just want to share it with you guys.
XZ Flare 2.0 is a custom ROM that gives you XPERIA Z and Z1 experience on your Flare 2.0
Not all XPERIA features are included, but we're still developing this ROM.

PERFORMANCE:
- This is a modified version of Nexus Flare, so performance is the same. No tweaks added yet. Sa mga concerned sa RAM, please use Greenify app.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Rooted FLARE 2.0 (Enable USB DEBUGGING sa Settings>Developer Options)
- PC (Windows 7 or XP)
- USB cable
- Winrar for PC - eto yun pang extract ng zip file
- Moborobo for PC - http://download.moborobo.com/download/Client/Moborobo(Moborobo_En_official).exe
- XZ_Flare_2.0.zip file -https://www.mediafire.com/download/z4hsyhy4rtkr9cz/XZ_Flare_2.0.zip
STEPS:
- Install Moborobo on your PC.
- Open Moborobo program. (Make sure na hindi magko-close si Moborobo while flashing)
- Power on your Flare 2.0.
- Connect phone via USB and let Moborobo detect Flare 2.0 (if not detected, please install drivers)
- Extract XZ_Flare_2.0.zip you downloaded.
- Open "XZFlare2.0_v1.1" folder.
- Double click "RunMe.bat" makikita nyo sa CMD nag nagfflash. Wag galawin ang phone. Wait nyu lang matapos. It might take 3-5 minutes.Kung complete na, wait for your phone to restart.
- Pag nag on na ulit ang phone nyo, please reboot it again. (To fix Xperia Keyboard and Settings FC)
